I just wanted to follow-up with your response. Particularly at one of locations, I have brought this approach to the attention of my employees and they have embraced this different perspective – yours. I have shared with them we can be personable yet remain professional in order to properly service patients, staff and visitors alike. When customer service surveys are completed, security normally rises to the top. Combining your presentation (If Disney Ran HSS) and input below, it has truly improved our approach and we continue to excel within this particular environment.
