One large children’s hospital purchased If Disney Ran Your Hospital for every employee. They then came back and purchased the book for every physician on staff, and for all the employees of the physicians on their staff. The next year they purchased the book for all referring physicians and their employees from across a four-state region. The reason they gave for this venture was that they were serious about changing the Patient Experience at their hospital.
